Not Troubled Not Afraid

This morning’s sermon comes from John’s gospel 14  and looks at the promise Jesus gives about the coming of the Holy Spirit to be the comforter, help and guide of His people. Jesus promises us

” Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.” (John 14:27)
