The Fabric Committee is made up of five or six members of the management committee with experience and expertise in building and building management. The main purpose of the Fabric committee is the Stewardship of the church property including responsibility for property maintenance and improvements to the church, manse, grounds, and the various mission halls belonging to the congregation throughout North Harris. The property committee have also been extensively involved in overseeing capital improvement projects to the church and manse, and in recent years have undertaken many improvements to the church sanctuary and manse.
