As a Presbyterian Congregation we are led by a group of elders (the Kirk Session) chosen from within the Congregation. The Kirk Session is responsible for the spiritual leadership of the congregation, decision making and vision for the local congregation.
We meet regularly to discuss matters relating to the spiritual life of the congregation, and currently those who attend Session meetings include;
Rev Ian Murdo MacDonald (Minister)
Rev Donald John Morrison (Session Clerk)
Cathy Bell Morrison (Minute secretary)
Donald Martin (Elder)
Kenneth MacLennan (Elder)
Donald John MacLean (Elder)
Campbell MacRae (Elder)
Kenny MacKay (Elder)
As part of the arrangements in terms of the new Unitary Constitution by which the Congregation is now governed, the Kirk Session agreed to the appointment of a Committee of Management to assist the session in much of the wider work of the Congregation.
